To resolve things further, we’d be happy to have that once received the component to our office and sent to the manufacturing company to ensure you get to make the most of the warranty that component comes with.
While Sanaavay doesn’t offer a warranty, what we do ensure is looking after the interests of our big community, so please feel free to reach out to know more about the warranties your machine(s) come with. We’d be happy to help resolve issues at the earliest.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for the delivered product.
Not cover in warranty
- Warranty and support will not be covered by software problems & physical damages
- if component/parts are tempered, physically damaged, fire, burnt & short circuit
- Software updates / Crashes
- Virus / Malware infected and component crashes

Also, share the mail to email@example.com with order details, courier details and reason for the warranty. It must also be in good packaging and confirm no further damages while shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending the product parts. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your Repair / Replacement product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over Rs.1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To cancel the order before the dispatch timeline from the order date, You will be charged 5% payment gateway fees from the total order cost.
